. 科研工作

科研项目

1. 硕士研究生阶段主要利用新疆本土盐生植物盐穗木作为实验材料。利用盐抑制差减文库,筛选获得两个与盐响应积极相关的基因,通过RACE技术获得基因全长并对其功能进行分析。

2. 博士研究生阶段以马铃薯为育种材料,通过图位克隆的方式获得马铃薯自交衰退相关基因以及对马铃薯自交系的筛选为杂交马铃薯育种奠定基础。

3. 今后工作的方向,主要以马铃薯为育种材料,筛选出核心的抗盐耐旱马铃薯品种,并解析其抗性的遗传机制。
